Registered Osteopath, practitioner of Western Medical Acupuncture and Sports Masseuse
Sheena has a happy knack of mixing business with pleasure, It was her first love, of horses, riding and the great outdoors that lead to her qualifying as a Riding Instructor and competition groom back in 1993, and It was whilst working with some of the Europe's top equestrian athletes that her passion for health, training and physical development came to the fore.
2005: Sheena received her qualification as a Sports Massage Practitioner from Raworth College, the UK's first vocational training centre for natural and sports therapies, and immediately launched into a successful career with her own practice in Essex.
2011: she graduated from the London School of Osteopathy with a Masters in Osteopathy and went on to include Western Medical Acupuncture amongst her skills. She now offers this treatment on its own or as a complement to other therapies.
Present: Sheena continues to work with a huge range of people, her considerable experience enabling her to help with a wide range of ailments.
Sheena is a keen runner and hill walker and enjoys spending her weekends stomping up muddy mountains!
